Cherie, Having spent time observing obstetrics in Mexico, I can tell you with a high degree of certainty that this woman has a classical uterine scar and therefore advise no trial of labor and etc. The Mexicans told me that they do them all classical because of "OR time factor" - this was both in rural hospitals and the biggie in Mexico City - recommened a repeat C/S! (hey also put IUD's in all deliveried women in Mexico City and din't tell them about it - might find out where she delivered)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
