I would agree with that... It's difficult sometimes, though. When you're thinking about the message you're answering, and you click the icon to "REPLY", you don't think much about the subject line. But it IS important to try to be consistent with this. (And I know some people have software that can sort or filter by subject line...).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
