This list has been a tremendous source of information, dialog, and fun since I was introduced to it this past winter. The upcoming AAGL meeting in Chicago, during the last week of September, may provide an opportunity for many of the List participants to confirm their "Cyberspace acquaintances". If any of the List participants are planning to attend, and might enjoy the opportunity to "press the flesh" with other "Listers", I would be happy to volunteer the arranging of an appropriate get-together for interested parties. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
