1. Natuaral Progesterone has been noted to decrease the symptoms of PMS. Has anyone thought of herbal treatments????? (ie: Dong Quai, Dandelion, Chaste Tree, ) Also, increase Vit. B-6. If you need more info on this let me know. Dr. Lee in California (Sebastopol) is very helpful and has been promoting the use of this for years, he has many studies to publish.

2. Better purchase a bullet-proof vest!!!!
