Sounds like you have a healthy mom and fetus except for a little hypertension and PROM. I would maintain fetal surveillance, bedrest, start weekly steroids and dc antibiotics if negative for group b strep. If there are signs of infection, fetal compromise , labor or maternal indications then proceed with delivery. I have seen ladies sit like this for weeks (up to 36 wks gestation). The result is often a healthy neonate with no complications thomas jones, MD
