Walter - good to hear from you. All of your rates were in line with my understanding - though do not believe that the fertility rate of women on OC's who ovulate is known to be any different than anyone else's. it makes sense that it would be higher but I don't think we know that yet.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
