Mats:

I just searched my journal stack and can't find the article. I read it within the last 2 months, but it may have even been a review of an article, perhaps in one of the newsletters. However, I *promise* you that I read the article! Speroff et all do mention FSH testing during the pill-free interval (at the end of the pack) but the article I read suggests this is not helpful. I'll search my office tomorrow (groan).

I wanted to get a laptop so I could "check my mail" while on vacation, but my wife promised me that if I did, the alimony would make it the world's most expensive computer! Enjoy your vacation.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
