Why not use serial sonograms? Especially if there is discordant size or mono-amniotic or mono-choronic condition found on the first exam? As far as how to follow twins, read "Tale of Two Babies" and case study of discordant twins in: FETAL SONOGRAPHY, DuBose TJ, W.B. Saunders, Philadelphia, 1995; p 148-154; for my view of this complex issue. Peace, Terry
