I see you planted a PPD. It could be TB or some other atypical mycobacterium. Also could be Hep C prior to antibodies, or Hep B in "window" period. Does the urine have bilirubin? Does she have acholic stools? It does not appear quite right for gallstones, still a RUQ ultrasound for the gallbladdder & pancreas might be helpful.

It is also interesting that she has a + RPR @1:2. What is her FTA-ABS? Or, is there a past history of treated syphilis?

Given the info as presented I'd have to bet on early hep C. Keep us informed.
