Mitch suggests that po terb is a "cheap" alternative to an expensive hospital visit to rule out cervical change.

I would rather pay dollars than CHO tolerance, macrosomia or the rare pulmonary edema. Perhaps the best alternative is to not charge for L&D visits that don't result in admissions. I don't believe we do unless consumables are.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
