Arthur C Fougner, in a message dated 95-10-26 09:36:51 EDT, you write:

Prepare to mourn Dr. Fougner. Tokos and Healthdyne are merging in early 1996. I got the announcement this week from Healthdyne. The FDA also just gave broader approval to the use of HUAM. The business side of medicine is on the move.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
