The latest (october '95) issue of the Canadian Adverse Drug Reaction Newsletter (found in the Canadian Medical Association Journal) Has a note on Dinoprostone vaginal gell (Prostin E2 Vaginal gell). It advises never to use the 2 mg dose first (always the 1 mg dose) and never to use it with a vbac. I have done both these things and am wondering about other people's experiences. John G. M. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
