Hi, the consensus of several answers was to consider a vaginal delivery. Given our setup I still reckon it was acceptable to do a C/S. My colleagues however (not used to email) are extremely impressed with this feedback. It is quite helpful out here (small district hospital 300 miles from the referral hospital in a developing country) to have some means of discussing cases. greetings, el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
