I saw a G2P1 34 weeks to dates, fundal height and Ultrasound last Thursday. I had discharged her on Monday after two days worth of Nifidepine and Betamethasone for premature contractions which responded very well. On examination: single breech, 4-5 cm dilated, membranes intact. Regular contractions of 3 in 10 minutes for 30 seconds. What mode of delivery would others have chosen? Dr. Eberhard W. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
