blighted ovum

How are folks out there following a woman with a blighted ovum who is
having no symptoms and doesn't want a D&C unless necessary? I'm having
trouble finding much info on this in terms of clinical
"management"--how often do you do (if you do) serial HCGs, serial
ultrasounds, etc.? I'd appreciate any references you might have on this,
too.
