We have had 3 patients with incarcerated uteri in the past year. 2 out of 3 times we were able to reduce it with vaginal manipulation in the knee chest position. I'm a Canadian Respiratory Therapist (8 yrs.) interested in talking to PA's/students re: training programs, jobs, immigration (is it realistic?) Also hHave degree in physiology and ave degree in physiology and some perfusion training. Hobby-wise, interested in many things. Interested mostly in priomary mary/rural care. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
