how about no active treatment at all? without details concerning this couple's reproductive history, it is difficult to recommend any active therapy other than observation and reassurance. In fact, with a true didelphys, there may be every reasonable expectation for a normal outcome. Additionally, if this couple's difficulty is in conception, not miscarriage, the uterine anomaly may be a total red herring.
