Re: Racial DifferencesFrom: Anita42@aol.comSun Oct 8 18:32:11 1995
here in NY medicaid patients get free door to door transportation and have the option of enrolling in a wide number of HMO's. This takes them out of the clinic setting, and the two and tree hour clinc waits. Is it helping? No, I often see pregnant women who first present for care at 30+ weeks. When I ask why they waited so long, almost all state that they see no value in PN care. Anita Goldman;CMN,CFNP

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
