You say with great confidence that ...tocolytics (and..."other things") ...make a difference. The question is how you know that? - the studies don't support it - at least in the case of tocolytics. I feel you may be right, but I can't know it. It would be great if we could say, "if you and I do this then your 23 weeker will be born at 28 or more and will not have any complications". The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
