aww, jeez. pretty terrible problem. i would think you have done what you can. best hope now is pray for mercy. i would not start labor or do a cesarean unless pushed. i think that this will decide itself soon, probably not for the better. my hopes and prayers are with you. verner nellsch, md. from near houston, texas.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
