Bob, Thanks for changing the subject line. There must me no room for pre-meditated murder of medical providers - whether one agrees with their practice or not. While I am pro-choice (may the need be few and far between), I am not for capital punishment - just life without parole. But if the state has ca[pital punishment ... then let the state prosecute to the fullest extent. I would guess that this was most definitely pre-meditated. Guess that would make me prejudiced and unable to sit on the jury also. My kids father was born in Kansas and his parents were Kansans for many many years. De. Bernard Slepian's niece is the librarian and our hospital and a neighboring smaller hospital. (Buffalo, NY abortion provider). Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
