Joe,

Whatever one wants to call it - it was premeditated murder, and subject to the death penalty which I advocate! The only problem with capital murder cases is the $1 million that it takes to execute the offender/s.

Hopefully, Kansas law enforcement will not be prejudiced against prosecuting the offender!

Maybe I can become a Kansas citizen, and sit on the jury. However, I would not be able to say that I would be impartial if the evidence convicts the perp.

Bob

I changed the thread name since George needs to be more than "more violence"

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
