Re: Interesting CaseFrom: Ginny Lee (kaupilimakoa@hotmail.com)Sat May 23 15:15:16 2009
We had a woman who had an undiagnosed T18 (pt declined quad screen), noone "picked up" on anatomy sono, baby was not IUGR; Pt actually had a section at term for breech presentation. Family was very religious and would have requested full intervention had they known baby was T18...I have lost touch but at ~4 months old she was still alive and a very much loved member of the family (living at home with parents/sibs)....I think probably the most important opinion in this cause should be the parents.....

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
