What happened to VAGINAL HYSTERECTOMY??? Why would Lscope hyst be the
typical approach??? Only if for some reason it can't be done vaginally.
LH = minimally invasive VH = LEAST invasive.

typical approach in these parts would be lscope total hysterectomy; send the
uterus for frozen and if anything looks questionable, go with lscope bso and
nodes in same setting. she goes home the same day.
