Is she still menstruating? If so, it is a normal finding, as it was 6 yrs ago when she was 45. sAm ________________________________ From: ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net [ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net] On Behalf Of Glen Elrod [dr99= ________________________________ 645@yahoo.com] Sent: Monday, March 23, 2009 10:35 PM To: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Subject: Pap/colpo question 51 yo being referred for second opinion. 2003 had AGUS with endometrial cells on pap. Colpo/ECC/EMB negative at that time. Followup paps normal until this year. This year LGSIL suspicious for high grade pap. HPV was done and was negative. Colpo at FP office with equivocal ECC and biopsy (atypical cells not entirely diagnostic or mild dysplasia) I'm going to recolpo and look at the vagina and vulva as well. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Glen
