nothing good can come out of this. if your evaluation is negative, i would still be leary of leaving this uterus in a 51 year old. do you have a sono of the pelvis; what does the stripe look like? typical approach in these parts would be lscope total hysterectomy; send the uterus for frozen and if anything looks questionable, go with lscope bso and nodes in same setting. she goes home the same day. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
