I would throw in a careful hysteroscopy to look at the cavity as well as the canal on exiting, and finish with a fractional D&C (if no lesions seen - if lesions then bx them).

While this sounds as just a cervical problem the initial AGUS (by which I understand atypical GLANDULAR cells) makes me nervous and eager to look more carefully under every rock and into each cranny.
