I forgot who asked about the very low absorption rate of Vagifem-it's a much smaller dose than the various creams, therefore, less to be absorbed into the body systems. Here's several sites, not just the manufacturer's:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
