I just got done this week laboring a frank breech to delivery vaginally who had a previous ceserean section for a breech. She was opposed to having another C/S. Everything went well. Everyone was in a uproar over it. The chairman of the department even came to visit me during the day to check on the status. (Ha, Ha) My old partner when I hired him out of residency had never seen a breech delilvery. I'm in the over52 club and have done breech deliveries for years. may they continue. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
