Yes, that's what I mean. Transverse lower uterine segment incision. But angle it a bit upwards, so if you have to extend it'll be easy. I don't think one ever has to make an inverted T incision, extending on the side (J) is much easier and gives great exposure. ~T

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
