the daily dose for a woman who has never been deliver a baby with neural tube defect is 40 micro gram daily,but for the woman who has a neural tube defect baby is 10 times higher than the usual dose to prevent the NTD

Seems to me that it should be at least 4mg daily up to and including the conception date! Steve
