I don't get it Garry, previous endometriosis, bicornate uterus, completed family, possible adenomyosis. How many more indications for a hyst do you need. I also agree with ART, bicornate nuligravid may be a tough insert, but she is a Multip it may be worth a try with mirena as a temporizing measure.
