I also want to add that many people travel to Tennessee, where Ina May practices from CA and other areas to have their baby with her.  http://www.thefarm.org/midwives/index.html
 
Also, we have a Mennonite community locally, sister to the Amish who also birth at home or at birth centers.  The make their own clothes, work very hard, and do not believe in debt.  The are smart, friendly and very kind. 
 
Where again do you practice verner nellsch and what type of healthcare provider are you?  How long have you been in practice?  This is the second time I have asked this.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
