Not a scratch in the vagina or perineum.? She wanted a c/s when the cervix arrested at 6cm.? I said no such thing?(on the inside).? I thought to myself - what is this girl thinking?? Does she want her baby to grow up motherless???She agreed to getting?an epidural and some?Vitamin P.? She was fully dilated 40 minutes later.? Pushed for 20 minutes.? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
