I never quit closing it and never regretted it.? I think I see less adhesions on my own repeats than on others.? If I do routine skin to skin of 25 minutes, how important is it to save an additional minute by not closing the bladder flap or peritoneum? ? Ronald E. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
