You could do a Laparoscopy, and I would do so if it was the first crack at this, one can make an arguement that this lady has been mismanaged, the last thing she needs is a trocor in her cecum. Sometimes its good to revert to what is most likely to give you a good outcome and proper diagnosis, i.e. stop farting around.
