For all you know, it may not even be my real name. I am sorry for trying to add a little humor to this serious academic discussion. But going back to your point - an impacted head is not the same thing as an impacted shoulder. On the other hand, anecdotally, maternal ambulation does help with the descend of the fetal head. Allan ( or not :- )

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
