Well, around 25% of people have had C Sections these days, so should we go in the LUQ for someone having, say, an LTL a few years after one or two sections? Garry General surgeons seem to favor open laparoscopy despite lack of support for improved safety in the literatures. Anyone has a strong opinion on this one? Allan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
