Joanne,

There may be some printer settings you can make to change the format and or type font/size. Alternatively, you could copy the text into Word and then reset the margins type size/font to fit a single page.

You might also send an email outlining your concerns to Mark Graves, the ACOG director of electronic media (mgraves@acog.org)
