Well, since I don't do colpos (trained before FP's started doing them
and never had time to learn after that), I'm less sure about that
one, but I don't think you can code an E&M along with a procedure
unless the E&M is for a separate condition than the one which
necessitates the procedure (i.e. if I did a mole removal in my office
and patient asked about URI sx during the visit---code E&M with a
modifier--can't remember which modifier because I don't do office
coding anymore--25 or 59, I think, but don't quote me)
