Sounds excessive to me. Have you checked with other offices/landlords in the area to see how they compare? I haven't had a rate adjustment for four years. The last office I was in had stable rates for about ten years, the property then sold to a local attorney and he promptly hit me with a $1000/month rate increase. I told him to stick it and moved to my current location. I'm farther away from the hospital, but I can live with that. Ronald E. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
