Since we don't have any long term (>5-6yr) data, there is no way to know if there would be any long term compromise at this point.

Agree that any adverse events should already have occurred.

CYA would dictate expressing the unknowns to pts. and parent(s). Also, make certain you document telling them that if there is loss of immunity, that is their fault, not yours or the drug manufacturer.
