does she have migraine with aura? I would hesitate to use a 1/50 if so. How long has she been having the BTB on the Yasmin? How significant is it?---wearing sanitary protection daily? any new stressors in her life? Most of my patients without significant lifestyle issues secondary to the BTB respond well to reassurance and time.... also, I'm making the assumption you've ruled out other causes for bleeding, i.e. std/bv....

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
