Re: obstructed labourFrom: Raymond Stephen (Stephen.Raymond@dhhs.tas.gov.au)Sun Dec 30 07:44:12 2007
A T incision is a bad idea because it leaves two points which are poorly supplied with blood and difficult to repair. The J is to be preferred if there is a need to extend a transverse incision. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
