Calif. the doctors I have worked with have switched someone like this to Labeletol when Aldomet doesn't lower her BP adequately. Also, isn't an SGOT of 34 the beginning of a good reason to induce now if her BP is 140/90 without labor and she's term with a soft, dilating and effacing cervix? I guess I've seen too many hypertensives go sour fast in my 34 years of working in L&D/OB. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
