ecodoppler was active tracing with decell

I am curious if somebody of You have experience with difference in
ecodoppler made (obviously in the same fetus at the same time when true
knot suspected or other pathologies in umbelical cord )at umbelical
level of the fetus and at placentar insertion like water cane in the
garden where there is a different pressure near the tap and at the end
(exit) if there is some kind of compression along the cane.
