Need Input from group
34 weeks G1P0 NST done for GDMa2 on glyburide and euglcyemic. NST reactive but during course of the test , spontaneous acute decell occurs to 90 bbm lasting 3 minutes with acute return to baseline. Continued observation on monitor and decell occurs again lasting 2 minutes down to 90. I scanned pt and afi 12 baby with good tone movement etc. What to do now and how to follow? other tests? etc thanks agf>
