Endometrial sampling, I would start with pipelle or like office sampling, I have seen a couple of papers in the last couple of years which showed what we all knew pick up is insignificant, but I still do it, all it takes is on case for it to be significant for that individual. Only way around this is for pathology report not to include statement of normal endometrial cells present on Pap smear.
