Are now in problems. It is not a vaginosis, it is not a Tricm (wet prep), possible the culture is not valid fot previous use of antifungus drugs. But: is the first time? How many days has with this symptoms?. Is she stressed?. Used ATBO recently? He nees a close observation to see the variability of clinic presentation. It is very hard to diagnose a desease without the microbiologic analisis.
