Well,I once did a cervical repair when I was taking care of a woman in Liberia, Africa. She had a normal birth, no interventions, no precip, just seemed like your everyday regular birth. But then she bled and bled and bled and upon spec. exam I found a horizontal cervical tear on the outer, anterior portion of her cervix. I sewed and sewed and finally the bleeding stopped. She and her mother were grateful. Louana

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
